THIS SUNDAY - This Advent season we will be focusing on the theme of “Waiting on God”. What does it mean to wait on God? Do we have a role? What do we do with our expectations as we wait? Come join us in person at 10:00 am or online at: Church Online.

POTLUCK - This coming Sunday, December 1st, we will have a potluck after the service. This month in celebration of Advent, our potluck theme will be “Green & Red” coloured dishes. As always, we are happy to have any dish you bring to share with the rest of our CFBC family. If any nuts or food colouring, please list them on your dish for others to know for a possible allergy.

MARTIN MEAL TRAIN - The church has created a meal train for Andrew & Alaysia Martin as their baby girl came into the world on November 23rd. As they take time to heal and enjoy their new little family, we as a church would like to help take some of the stress away by having meals prepared. Please click here to sign up for their meal train. You can reach out to Chelsea (604-970-0262) or Andrew if you have any questions.

YOUTH GROUP - Youth Class will start to run on Sunday mornings, for grades 7-12, on a one-month-on and one-month-off schedule. December 1st and each Sunday for the remainder of 2024 will have youth class. This time together is meant to help bridge being in Sunday School to actively participating in our church family.

CEDARS SCHOOL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES - As our school grows, we have an increasing need to hire responsible Christian adults who love children. We are looking for part-time and full-time Educational Assistants to support students in our elementary and high school programs. If you are aware of any in your congregation that would be a good fit for this role, we would be pleased to have you "nudge" them to reach out for a conversation with us or apply. GIVING - Generosity has little to do with how much you have.  It has everything to do with the attitude of your heart and your faithful obedience to God. Generosity is one of those perspective-altering things…when we focus on the needs of others, we become less selfish and happier.  When you only think about the things you don’t have or how miserable things are, it’s tough not to feel bad. But when you think about God’s goodness and grace, despite our own mess-ups, our perspective changes. You can also give via eTransfers donations@centralfellowship.ca or online at Give Online.
