THIS SUNDAY - We’re continuing our new short series: Biblical Portraits. This week we will be looking at a brief snapshot of Isaiah. Read Isaiah chapter 6 and spend some time thinking about what it means to allow God to forgive your sin. Come join us in person at 10:00am or online at: Church Online.

POTLUCK REMINDER ANNOUNCEMENT - Mark your calendars! On Sunday, February 2nd we will be having another CFBC potluck after the service. The Theme will be “The first dish you ate with your significant other” in honour of the same month as Valentine’s Day.

HONDURAS MISSIONS TRIP - FEBRUARY 4 TO 12TH:  Please pray for the team as they head to Honduras for another outreach. There will be three people from Prince George (Doug Gairns & Wendy Graham from CFBC, and Karen Kerbrat from another local church).  As well, there are three from the Edmonton area who will be joining. Please pray that the short time in Honduras will be fruitful for God’s kingdom, that travel will go smoothly, and that the team will stay safe and healthy throughout their time there.

YOUTH GROUP - This coming February Youth Class will start to run on Sunday mornings, for grades 7-12, on a one-month-on and one-month-off schedule. This time together is meant to help bridge being in Sunday School to actively participating in our church family.

READY, SET, LEARN EVENT - Zion Lutheran Christian School is hosting two Ready, Set, Learn events on January 28 & 29 from 9 - 11:00 a.m. Three, Four, and Five year olds along with one caregiver are welcome to register for one of these free, fun-filled mornings or story time, crafts, games and snacks!

CFBC NEWSLETTER - If you know of someone who is new to the church, ask them if they signed up for our newsletter. Which can help them stay up to date with the church events and updates. Let them know they can sign up by talking to Chelsea Martin or by emailing office@centralfellowship.ca

MEMBERSHIP - If you are interested in membership or have questions as to what membership is all about, please speak with someone from the Leadership Team. To put it briefly, membership fulfils our obligation as a non-profit, but more importantly, it speaks to our commitment to one another and allows each member to hold one another accountable to biblical principles.

YOUR GIFTS - Giving is a principle that is taught throughout the Bible. When we tithe and give, we tangibly express worship by putting God first in our lives, all while allowing us to be part of the most important work in life which is spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ! Your donation helps us spread the message of God’s love. You can also give via eTransfers donations@centralfellowship.ca or online at Give Online.
